As a way of further
delighting her teeming customers in different locations across the country,
Heritage Bank Limited on Tuesday flagged off the 2015 edition of its Consumer
Fair at the famous Idumota/Balogun Market in the heart of Lagos Island.
From Idumota/Balogun market,
the fair would move to Ladipo Market before it is rested for the year. It
continues next year and will move round over 25 locations across the country
where customers of Heritage Bank in other cities outside Lagos State will have
the opportunity of experiencing the initiative.
The Consumer Fair is designed
to take the products and services of Heritage Bank Limited to the doorsteps of
customers and other patrons, letting them interface with the bank and
experiencing first hand, the value offering of the bigger better bank right in
the comfort of their shops, business areas and offices.
With business activities now
gradually picking up across the country, the bank decided to kick-start the
Consumer Fair train with a bang at Idumota/Balogun axis which has seen hundreds
of walk-in-customers thronging the Heritage Bank stand to open accounts and
undertake different transactions.
A statement from the
Corporate Communications Department of the bank, said
the Consumer Fair strategy is designed to continually deploy new
platforms of service delivery targeted at surpassing the expectations of
customers anywhere they are in the country. “We understand the busy nature of
our customers and that is why we decided to take the bank to them with the
Consumer Fair because wherever the fair takes us to, the customer will have the
opportunity of enjoying our exceptional services,” the statement added.
As a way of making the fair a
memorable one for customers the Heritage Bank, which has just emerged from a
merger of the former Heritage Banking Company Limited and former Enterprise
Bank Limited, is giving away different gift items to celebrate callers and new
customers at the stand. The statement further added that the fair provides
another opportunities for all zones of the bank to delight their customers.
