The police in Abeokuta on
Tuesday dragged Chief Abiodun Ajayi, the Balogun of Ijemo in Abeokuta
South Council Area, to an Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court over alleged fraud.
Some officials of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have
accused an aide to Governor Nasir El-Rufai of offering a N3 million bribe for
them to suspend a senator.
The APC executives of Ward 6, , Kaduna South Local Government
Area, said this on Sunday at a press conference.
There was palpable tension in
Ondo State yesterday as residents prepare to exercise their franchise to elect
