Appeal Court Affirms Oshiomhole’s Suspension As Ruling Party National Chairman

The suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been affirmed by the
Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal.

A three man panel led by Justice Mohammed Lamido dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.

The court upheld the FCT High Court judgement on March 4 suspending Oshiomhole from office.
This development comes after the resignation of the embattled Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki from APC on Tuesday, after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief Of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari.
